Help with the outdoor work that does not fit a mowing schedule
Some property needs are specific: material that must be spread, brush that has taken over an area, or runoff that is moving soil where you do not want it. Blanchette’s service range includes selected site improvement and material-handling work alongside landscape maintenance.
Drainage and erosion concerns
Discuss erosion-control mats, riprap and swale creation. A site walk allows us to review visible conditions and discuss whether the project fits our services. Some drainage problems require engineering, permits or another specialist; the appropriate approach depends on the site and the source of the water.
Brush clearing and small-tree work
Ask about clearing brushy areas and removal of selected small trees or limbs. Access, vegetation size, nearby structures and disposal needs affect the scope. Hazardous trees and work near utility lines need separate specialist review.
Material spreading and delivery
Ask about mulch, loam and planting-stock delivery, plus Bobcat work for spreading materials and selected digging or stump-removal tasks. Describe the material, location and intended result so we can confirm what is currently available.
Hauling and pavement cleanup
Accumulated yard debris and winter sand can create additional work around a property. Discuss hauling, pavement sweeping or parking-area sand removal as part of your project. Material type, quantity and access must be confirmed.
