PROPERTY CARE, BUILT AROUND YOU

Landscape Planting & Installation in Rochester, NH

Make room for something beautiful.

Give your outdoor space a fresh start

Sometimes a property needs more than maintenance. Aging shrubs, sparse lawn areas or planting beds that no longer fit the space can be an opportunity to rethink the landscape.

Blanchette Landscape Company works on new and renovated landscapes, from individual foundation plantings to broader lawn and bed installations. We start with your goals and existing site conditions, then prepare a project scope for review.

Trees, shrubs and foundation plantings

Plantings can frame an entrance, soften the base of a building or define an outdoor area. Discuss the space available, the appearance you want and the level of maintenance you are prepared to take on. Plant selection should consider sunlight, soil conditions and room for mature growth.

Perennial gardens, beds and mulch

A new bed or an update to an existing one can bring a clearer layout and seasonal interest to your property. The scope may include selected plant removals, new planting stock, bed preparation and mulch placement. Materials and quantities are specified in the proposal.

Lawn installation and renovation

Options to discuss include seed, sod and hydroseeding. Ask which options are available for your project. The appropriate method depends on site preparation, timing, use and the care the new lawn can receive after installation. Discuss watering and aftercare before work begins; no establishment guarantee is implied.

Small hardscape and edging features

Selected projects may include garden walkways, small walls, edging, fences and ornamental landscape rocks. These features should be reviewed individually for scope, site suitability and any permitting needs. This is not a claim of engineered retaining-wall design or full-scale masonry construction.

Start with the part of your property you want to change

Bring your ideas, photos or concerns to the site walk. Whether you want privacy, a refreshed entry or simpler beds to maintain, the first step is a clear discussion of the space.
